By using this application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

The Capital Project Assessment Tool is a web application for conducting structured interview assessments, generating score reports, and benchmarking project execution capabilities. Access is provided through user accounts created by an administrator.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for its intended purpose: completing assessments and viewing reports
• Do not attempt to access data outside your organization or role
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the application

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of this application are owned by INCONCRETO FRANCE. Assessment questions, scoring methodologies, and benchmark data are proprietary. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any part of the application without written permission.

Your Content

Interview responses you submit remain associated with your organization's assessment. By submitting responses, you grant INCONCRETO the right to use them for scoring, reporting, and aggregate benchmarking purposes as outlined in the service agreement with your organization.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. INCONCRETO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service under the applicable contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
